These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “T&C”) govern the contractual relationship between Parking Privé des Prodains, a company registered with the Thonon les Bains Trade and Companies Register under number 349 829 358 000 44, whose registered office is located in Morzine (hereinafter the “Operator”), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) wishing to reserve a parking space via the website www.parking-prodains.com.
The Operator offers an online parking space reservation service for daily, weekly, or seasonal periods.
The reservation gives access to a specific space or parking area managed by the Operator.
The Customer selects the desired duration (day, week, or season) and makes their reservation via the website.
The reservation is confirmed after receiving a confirmation email sent automatically by the system.
Access to the parking lot is subject to the conditions specified in the confirmation email.
The applicable rates are those displayed on the website at the time of booking.
Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes.
Payment is made entirely online, by credit card.
The invoice is available after payment.
The Customer may cancel their reservation up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date: they will then receive a full refund.
If the Customer cancels their reservation between 5 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date: they will be refunded half (50%) of the total amount of the reservation.
After this period, no refunds will be granted.
In the event of circumstances beyond the Operator’s control (exceptional closure of the car park, force majeure), the Customer will be fully reimbursed or offered a later reservation.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
Therefore, all confirmed reservations are considered final, subject to the cancellation conditions set out in Article 5.
The Operator undertakes to provide the reserved parking spot.
The Operator is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or deterioration of vehicles or objects left inside them.
The Customer remains responsible for complying with traffic and safety rules within the parking lot.
The Operator shall not be held liable in the event of non-performance or delay due to Acts of Gog as defined by French law and case law.
Personal data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Customer may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion, opposition) by contacting the Operator at the following address: info@parking-prodains.com.

All elements of the site (text, images, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service to find an amicable solution.
The Customer is also informed of the possibility of recourse to a consumer mediator free of charge.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
