Object<\/h2>

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “T&C”) govern the contractual relationship between Parking Priv\u00e9 des Prodains<\/strong>, a company registered with the Thonon les Bains<\/strong> Trade and Companies Register under number 349 829 358 000 44, whose registered office is located in Morzine<\/strong> (hereinafter the “Operator”), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) wishing to reserve a parking space via the website www.parking-prodains.com.<\/p>

Services offered<\/h2>

The Operator offers an online parking space reservation service<\/strong> for daily, weekly, or seasonal periods.
The reservation gives access to a specific space or parking area managed by the Operator.<\/p>

Reservation process<\/h2>

  • The Customer selects the desired duration (day, week, or season) and makes their reservation via the website.<\/p><\/li>

  • The reservation is confirmed after receiving a confirmation email sent automatically by the system.<\/p><\/li>

  • Access to the parking lot is subject to the conditions specified in the confirmation email.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Rates and payment terms<\/h2>

    • The applicable rates are those displayed on the website at the time of booking.<\/p><\/li>

    • Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • Payment is made entirely online, by credit card.<\/p><\/li>

    • The invoice is available after payment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Price display error<\/h2>

      In the event of a technical or typographical error resulting in the display of a clearly incorrect price on the website, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the order.
      In this case, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and any amount paid will be refunded in full, without any additional compensation being claimed in this respect.<\/p>

      Cancellation and refund<\/h2>

      • The Customer may cancel their reservation up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date<\/strong>: they will then receive a full refund. <\/p><\/li>

      • If the Customer cancels their reservation between 5 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date<\/strong>: they will be refunded half (50%) of the total amount of the reservation.<\/p><\/li>

      • After this period, no refunds will be granted.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

      • In the event of circumstances beyond the Operator’s control (exceptional closure of the car park, force majeure), the Customer will be fully reimbursed or offered a later reservation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Right of withdrawal<\/h2>

        Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article L.221-28 du Code de la consommation, le droit de r\u00e9tractation ne s\u2019applique pas aux services de loisirs devant \u00eatre fournis \u00e0 une date ou une p\u00e9riode d\u00e9termin\u00e9e.
        Ainsi, toute r\u00e9servation confirm\u00e9e est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme d\u00e9finitive, sous r\u00e9serve des conditions d\u2019annulation pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 l\u2019article 5.<\/p>

        Liability<\/h2>

        • The Operator undertakes to provide the reserved parking spot.<\/p><\/li>

        • The Operator is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or deterioration of vehicles or objects left inside them.<\/p><\/li>

        • The Customer remains responsible for complying with traffic and safety rules within the parking lot.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Act of God<\/h2>

          The Operator shall not be held liable in the event of non-performance or delay due to Acts of Gog as defined by French law and case law.<\/p>

          Personal data<\/h2>

          Personal data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
          The Customer may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion, opposition) by contacting the Operator at the following address: info@parking-prodains.com<\/strong>.

          Intellectual property<\/h2>

          All elements of the site (text, images, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. <\/p>

          Applicable law and disputes<\/h2>

          These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
          In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service to find an amicable solution.
          The Customer is also informed of the possibility of recourse to a consumer mediator free of charge.
